Agnus Dei T-Shirt | Lamb of God Shirt | Christian Gift

"Agnus Dei" is Latin for "Lamb of God." It is an ancient title for Jesus Christ that refers to his role as the ultimate, sacrificial offering for human sin, echoing the imagery of the Passover lamb and prophecies in the Bible. The phrase comes from the Gospel of John, when John the Baptist sees Jesus and says, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!"
